FMT could increase the killing efficacy of CD8+ T cells in intestinal tissues by regulating cytokines and chemokines. Differences in IFN-γ+CD8+ T cells (A) in intestinal tissues determined by flow cytometry. PCR assay detected differential mRNA expression of granzyme B (B), TNF-α (C), IFN-γ (D), CXCL9 (E) and CXCL10 (F) in mouse intestinal tissues. Data are represented as means ± SDs, n = 5.
