Two pathways for CSF drainage [1]. First nasopharyngeal lymphatic pathway: CSF originates from choroidal plexus (black arrow ①), passes through the cribriform plate into the nasopharyngeal lymphatic plexus (black arrow ③ ④), and drains into the deep cervical lymph nodes (black arrow ⑤) [2].
