Effect of miRNA-34a transfected CAF conditioned medium on percentage of cytotoxic T cell population. a, b, c, d: Forty-eight hours after treatment PBMCs with CAF conditioned medium we evaluated CD8 positive T cell populations in different groups. CM from miRNA-34a transfected CAF didn’t influence on percentage of CD8 positive T cell population (Test) (24.5 ± 3.928) compared with two other groups, control 1 (23.65 ± 5.62) and control 2 (25.63 ± 2.281) (P:0.839).
