(A) Surface marker expression of B cells was assessed by flow cytometry. (B) Single cell suspensions were stained with fluorescein-labeled mAbs. (C) The cytokines of supernatant samples were collected and assayed by LEGENDplex™ MU Th1/Th2 Panel (8-plex).
