β-Glucan regulates B cell immune response stimulated with LPS. Wild type mice splenic cells were stimulated with LPS, WGP, or a combination of both in vitro for 72 h. (A) Surface marker expression of B cells was assessed by flow cytometry. (B) Single cell suspensions were stained with fluorescein-labeled mAbs.
