β-Glucan up-regulates humoral immune response in vivo. Experimental setup (n = 5/group) with mice treated with WGP (1 mg) for 2 weeks. (A) Single cell suspensions from the spleen were stained with fluorescein-labeled mAbs. The summarized data are shown for plasma B cells (B220lo CD138+), GC B cells (CD19+ FAS+ GL7+), and Tfh cells (CD3+ CD4+ CD44+ CXCR5+ PD1+).
