TRPA1 regulates intracellular calcium influx in LPS-stimulated and Hsp90-inhibited macrophages. RAW 264.7 cells were treated with Fluo-4 AM and assessed via FC for intracellular calcium levels upon combinatorial treatment with either ionomycin, vehicle (DMSO), vehicle + LPS, LPS + 17-AAG, LPS + 17-AAG + HC-030031, and LPS + 17-AAG + AITC.
