Effects of BD 2 on the apoptotic assay in mice isolated peritoneal macrophage cells after 24 h treatment. Apoptotic and necrotic cells were quantified by flow cytometry, and the different subpopulations were defined as Q1, Annexin V−/PI+, apoptotic cells; Q2, Annexin V+/PI+. Late apoptotic cells; Q3, Annexin V−/PI−, dead cells; and Q4, Annexin V+/PI−, live cells.
