Propofol regulated the balance of Th17/Treg cell in mice with lung cancer before and after surgery through GABAA receptor. A Ratio of Th17/Treg cell in peripheral blood of mice before and after surgery was measured by flow cytometry; B Expressions of IL-17 and TGF-β in peripheral blood of mice before and after surgery were measured by ELISA. All experiments were repeated three times. N = 10. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey's multiple comparisons test, ***p < 0.001
